At some point it has or will happen to you. Snoring. You know, that really annoying sound you make that makes it about 10 times harder for whoever is next to you to fall asleep? Yes that. It leaves us all wondering: Why? Why do we snore?
The palate, uvula and tonsils are the tissue structures that flap against each other when someone has too much tissue at the back of their mouth or when an obstruction is blocking the air passageway to the back of the throat (Like your tongue). So basically if your lying on your back and your tongue is flopping all down your throat your going to start snoring! And you will continue to snore until you roll over!
So, Roll over
